We are a Montreal based brand and we ship within North America and Internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

Expedited Parcel Canada (Regular Shipping 3-5 days):

• Canada: $7 flat rate on all orders

• International: $20 flat rate on all orders

Shipping time is not guaranteed at peak periods.

Please note: if your order is being shipped outside of Canada, the recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or custom fees which may apply through the recipient’s country. The shipping carrier will collect these additional charges from the recipient at the time of delivery.

How do I return an item?

You will find a pre-paid return label inside your order. Place the items you’d like to return in their original box and affix the pre-paid return label to the box. You must make sure to cover the initial shipping label on the box. You must include the invoice in the return package; otherwise we will not be able to identify you. A return fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping and handling costs are non refundable.

If you live in Canada, you can drop off your return packages with Canada Post. Drop off locations include:

1. Any Canada Post Office

2. Any Canada Post Collection Box

At this point we do not accept any International returns

How long do I have to return an item?

Thank you for shopping at Maison Coterie. We take great pride in the quality of our apparel that portrays both comfort and style. We want you to be completely pleased with any of your online purchases. If you’re not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original state within 10 days of receipt.

What do I do if the item I purchased is defective?

At Maison Coterie we take great pride in the quality of our apparel. If your item is defective please forward a picture of the defective item to [email protected] along with your name and order # and one of our customer service representatives will contact you with further instructions.

What is the Exchange Policy on regular orders purchased online?

At this time, exchanges by mail are not possible due to our limited inventory. Please return the item and place a new order.
